Frequently asked Questions
Question: Do you trade for books?Answer: Yes. Local customers can bring in books for store credit. Please visit our Trade Policy page for details.
Question: How often do you update your database?
Answer: Our online database changes on a daily basis. As customers purchase books they are removed from the database within 24 hours of the order. We add hundreds of books every day.
Question: What is the condition of your used books?
Answer: Although most books have our store stamp, all books are in good condition. At times we do have books that are in less than perfect condition but they are identified after the title as either "ex-library" or "worn".
Question: Can I pay by check?
Answer: Yes. Books are removed from our database and set aside until we receive your check. Customers have up to two weeks to send us a check before the books are placed back in the database for other customers to purchase.
Question: Who do I make the check payable to and what address do I mail it to?
Answer: Checks can be made out to Emerald Coast Book Haven and sent to
Emerald Coast Book Haven

Crestview Fl., 32536
Question: How many books do you have available?
Answer: We currently have 50,000 new and used books available online for immediate shipment. Our physical book store has over 100,000 books available for local customers. We hope to eventually add all of our books to the online database.
Question: Can I return books if I change my mind?
Answer: All books are sold on a first come first served basis. All sales are final once your order has shipped.
Question: Do you have a mail order catalog that I can request by mail?
Answer: Unfortunately we don't have a catalog available because our database is constantly changing and it would be impossible for us to send out an accurate listing of what we have in stock.
